Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. Rescheduling Policy: We deeply value each customer and their time, as well as our own. Following the scheduling of an appointment, customers are granted a 48-hour window to reschedule without incurring any fees. After this grace period, a $25 fee will be applied for any subsequent rescheduling requests. Deposit or Prepayment: To confirm an appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit serves to secure your spot and minimize the likelihood of cancellation. Feedback Mechanism: Your feedback holds significant value for us. Following the completion of the service, you will receive a link to our Google profile. Your reviews play a crucial role in our growth and improvement. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Refund Policy: In the event that the service is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we are committed to rectifying any mistakes until you are completely satisfied.
