Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions 1. Deposit Policy • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. • If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled service, the deposit will not be refunded. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service will receive a full refund of the deposit. 2. Payment Terms • All payments are due within 5 days of service completion. • Late payments will incur an interest charge of 20% per week after the due date. 3. Agreement to Terms • By booking a service with TheWashMen LLC, you agree to these terms and conditions. 4. Service Scope and Limitations • TheWashMen LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. • Specific results are not guaranteed due to the varying conditions of vehicles. 5. Customer Responsibilities • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and free of personal items before the service. • Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle’s condition and any specific concerns. 6. Liability • TheWashMen LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle. • TheWashMen LLC is not liable for any items left in the vehicle during the service. 7. Service Satisfaction • If you are unsatisfied with the service provided or have any disputes, please contact us at 916-234-3939 or email us at contact@thewashmen.co within 24 hours of service completion. We will address your concerns and offer a resolution, which may include a re-service or partial refund, at our discretion. 8. Additional Charges • The total cost of the service may exceed the initial quote due to the actual condition of the vehicle. • If additional charges are necessary, we will notify you before adding them to the final price. 9. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the $50 deposit. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service will receive a full refund of the deposit. 10. Dispute Resolution • Any disputes arising from the service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. • TheWashMen LLC will work with the customer to resolve any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
