Service Description
Our most popular service for cars that haven't been detailing for 6-10 months! Includes all the essential deep cleaning services! Interior Services: • Sanitize, deep shampoo the seats, and vacuum carpets, including trunk/hatchback. • Clean and dust all surfaces, including dashboard console, cupholders, ashtrays, and door pockets. •. Deep clean and condition leather seats, including UV protectant application and vinyl/leather wipe-down. • Detail vents and clean all interior compartments. • Complimentary Air freshener. Exterior Services: • Clay bar treatment to remove paint contaminants. • Dressing of exterior plastics. • Detail rims, wheels, and tires, including pressure cleaning of wheel wells. • Biodegradable soapy wash and hand drying with microfiber towels. • Impeccable cleaning of windows, mirrors, door jams, and trunk seals. • Apply tire shine and remove bugs and tar. Service Time: 2½-3¼ hours, depending on vehicle size and condition.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. Rescheduling Policy: We deeply value each customer and their time, as well as our own. Following the scheduling of an appointment, customers are granted a 48-hour window to reschedule without incurring any fees. After this grace period, a $25 fee will be applied for any subsequent rescheduling requests. Deposit or Prepayment: To confirm an appointment, a deposit is required. This deposit serves to secure your spot and minimize the likelihood of cancellation. Feedback Mechanism: Your feedback holds significant value for us. Following the completion of the service, you will receive a link to our Google profile. Your reviews play a crucial role in our growth and improvement. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Refund Policy: In the event that the service is rescheduled or cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund of the deposit. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we are committed to rectifying any mistakes until you are completely satisfied. Please note that refunds are not available in such instances. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we will work diligently to address any concerns until they are resolved to your satisfaction.
